Nine Serra Football Players Sign to Play Football in the Next Level
For the first time in Serra High School Football history, nine student-athletes signed Letters of Intent on the NCAA's National Early Signing Day, December 20, 2023.
A packed Serra gymnasium listened to Serra Football Varsity Coach Patrick Walsh speak individually about the performance and character of each individual player. Walsh said that he has never before seen such a talented group of football players sign at once and to such incredible colleges and universities.
“This is an incredible day in Serra history. This team has made school history and today we see that these bright student-athletes continue their careers as students and athletes at nine amazing schools. I am so proud,” Walsh said.
